|This is the view from the 2200 foot hill I operated from in
1990. The top antenna was a 15 element 432 beam, the
middle antenna was an 8 element 144 beam, and the lower
one was a 3 element 6 meter beam. The 220 antenna was
roof mounted on the car. If you look closely, you'll see
Mt. St. Helens in the background to the left.
|This is the antenna mount I used. The mast is jammed down
into a split tree stump and held steady with two lag bolts
and a bracket.
